Volkswagen Tacqua 100+ Point Inspection

Professional Quality Assurance for Every Exported Vehicle | Panda Used Cars

Real Inspected Tacqua Vehicles Before Export

Why Professional Inspection is Critical for Export

When buying a vehicle from overseas, especially a used one, buyers face significant risks related to hidden mechanical issues, accident damage, or inconsistent quality standards. This risk is even higher when the vehicle will travel thousands of kilometers by sea and then be used in demanding conditions across Africa or CIS countries.

At Panda Used Cars, we have developed a rigorous 100+ point inspection process specifically designed for export vehicles. Every Volkswagen Tacqua we prepare for international shipment undergoes this comprehensive check. The goal is simple: to give you complete transparency and confidence before the vehicle leaves China.

Unlike many exporters who only provide basic photos, we deliver a detailed written report together with extensive photo and video documentation. This allows you to make an informed decision and significantly reduces the chance of unpleasant surprises upon arrival at your destination port.

Our 100+ Point Inspection Process

The inspection is divided into several major categories. Each category contains multiple detailed checkpoints performed by our experienced technicians who specialize in export preparation.

1. Engine & Drivetrain Inspection

We thoroughly check the engine for oil leaks, unusual noises, compression levels, and overall condition. The transmission (whether 6-speed automatic or 7-speed DSG) is tested for smooth shifting, clutch engagement (where applicable), and any signs of previous overheating or wear. We also inspect the cooling system, radiator, hoses, and belts to ensure reliability during long ocean transit and in hot climates common in many African markets.

2. Suspension, Steering & Brakes

The suspension system is carefully examined for worn bushings, leaking shock absorbers, and damaged control arms. Steering components are checked for play and responsiveness. Brake pads, discs, and calipers are inspected for remaining life and any signs of overheating or warping. These checks are especially important for vehicles that will be used on roads with varying quality in countries like Nigeria, Kenya, or Kazakhstan.

3. Body & Structural Condition

We perform a detailed body inspection using paint thickness gauges and visual checks to detect any previous accident damage or poor-quality repairs. All panels, doors, bonnet, and tailgate are checked for proper alignment and operation. Rust inspection is conducted, particularly on the underbody and wheel arches, which is critical for vehicles that may face salted roads in winter in CIS countries or coastal humidity in some African ports.

4. Interior & Electrical Systems

The interior is inspected for wear, stains, and functionality of all controls. We test the air conditioning system (critical for hot climates), all windows, central locking, lights, and the infotainment system including Apple CarPlay and Android Auto connectivity. Battery condition and charging system are also verified to prevent issues after long periods without use during shipping.

5. Safety Equipment & Features

All safety-related components are checked, including airbags (where accessible), seatbelts, ABS, ESP, parking sensors, and rear camera. We verify that all factory-fitted safety systems are present and functioning correctly. This is especially important for buyers who prioritize family safety or commercial passenger use.

What You Receive After Inspection

After the inspection is completed, you will receive a comprehensive package that includes:

  • Detailed written inspection report with scores for each major system
  • High-resolution photos of the exterior, interior, engine bay, and underbody
  • Video walk-around showing the vehicle running and all functions operating
  • Specific notes on any minor issues found and how they were addressed
  • Recommendation on whether the vehicle is suitable for your target market

This level of transparency allows you to proceed with full confidence or request adjustments before the vehicle is prepared for shipping.

Benefits for International Buyers

Our thorough inspection process provides several key advantages for buyers in Africa and CIS countries. First, it significantly reduces the risk of receiving a vehicle with hidden problems that could lead to expensive repairs after arrival. Second, the detailed documentation helps with insurance and registration processes in many destination countries. Third, it gives you peace of mind knowing exactly what condition the vehicle is in before committing to the purchase and shipping costs.

Many of our regular clients have told us that the quality of our inspection reports and visual documentation is one of the main reasons they continue to import vehicles from Panda Used Cars rather than other suppliers.
